For fragile or framed works, we use a courier service to deliver the items.
We take the upmost care in packaging our items to ensure that they arrive undamaged.
We highly recommend choosing Registered or Express postage options to ensure that your artwork has tracking.
If you choose a registered, express or couriered postage option and your item is damaged on delivery, we will ask you to return the broken item and upon inspection, we can process a refund.
We cannot be held responsible for items not received or damaged when delivered through unregistered post.
